1. Orders

By placing an order through hallartgallery.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

All orders are subject to availability.

2. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices may change without notice.

Delivery charges will be shown during checkout where applicable.

3. Payment

Payment must be made in full before an order is dispatched.

Payments are processed securely through Squarespace and associated payment providers.

4. Delivery

Orders will be dispatched within the timeframe stated on the relevant product page.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

5. Returns

If you wish to return an item, please make contact within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition unless faulty.

Custom commissions and personalised works are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs where possible.

A replacement, repair or refund may be offered depending on the circumstances.

7. Copyright and Licensing

Purchasing artwork or photography does not transfer copyright ownership.

Ownership of the physical item transfers to the buyer, but all copyright and intellectual property rights remain with Sam Hall.

No artwork, photograph or image may be reproduced, distributed, published or commercially used without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
